NADIA ELENA

OOHH!! How I can still remember so clearly the day Nadia came into this world.
Her original due date was April 7th, we were having a 70th Birthday Party for my Dad on that day, I showed up ready to burst, but thought that the party would take my mind off of how uncomfortable I was. (Nadia was a good eater - even before she was born). The party started and ended but no arrival of baby # 2.

23 Days later - Our beautiful baby daughter was born.

She is always full of stories and make-believe. She makes me laugh and smile everyday. She is a joy to have in our family and always full of dramatics.

pandora

Please save internet Radio - I for one have enjoyed Pandora Radio.

Pandora Radio has been a wonderful way to listen to all sorts of music. It would be a shame to lose it.

Pandora is a free customizable internet radio where you create your own stations based on your listening preference. For example I put RadioHead and they’ll play songs similiar to them. As you can see, my type of music varies alot.

Save Pandora

Rogers from Yahoo! Music, SaveNetRadio - By now you’ve likely heard the news about the Copyright Board’s ruling regarding net radio. Simply put, it approximately triples the amount paid to record labels via SoundExchange for streaming Internet radio over the next three years, changes the way the payments are computed (from what is called an “Aggregate Tuning Hour” basis to a straight “per play”), adds a confusing and onerous “per station minimum” fee with no maximum, and extends the new rates back to the beginning of 2006

The future of Internet radio is in immediate danger. Royalty rates for webcasters have been drastically increased by a recent ruling and are due to go into effect on May 15 (retroactive to Jan 1, 2006!). If the increased rates remain unchanged, the majority of webcasters will go bankrupt and silent on this date. Internet radio needs your help! H.R. 2060, The Internet Radio Equality Act was introduced by Representatives Jay Inslee (D-WA) and Donald Manzullo (R-IL ) to save the Internet radio industry. Please call your congressperson to ask them to co-sponsor H.R. 2060

The other children stepping on her microphone cord.
and she had a fever and a cold.

We are very proud of her, she went up there like she couldn’t didn’t have a care in the world and there was over 100 people watching her, she must take after her dad.

Today was a tough one. It’s 1 month till the Great Wall Marathon in Beijing, so our seasoned runners this morning thought it was a good idea to run up Black Mountain, she said “it will be good, there will be lots of stairs”.

Well lots of stairs is putting it lightly.
Stairs are straight up one side of the mountain, and the other side is straight down(but no stairs) WHEW!

Feeling good now though - 20 km this morning.
