Yesterday about 25 guys left riding a motorized bicycle up to Dandong (near the North Korea boarder) From what I believe this is over 300 km away. Mom, Dad Colorado and I did it when they were here for a visit, but we did it in a vehicle and it took us almost 3.5 hours to get there.
There has been lots of preparation to go with this ride, fine tuning of the bikes, lots of visits to the “bike guy’, lots of talk and I think a little bit of shakings of the head..
Now I can’t explain half of what there journey will be like, and if your interested you can take a look at the link below - the guy from the Engleson Files is the reason this tour is happening, and in his blog it will explain the route, the timeline and anything else you might be interested in.

The girls and I were at the send off yesterday, here are some pictures.

Most of the guys were arriving from this direction, but I caught a picture of some random man riding by on his bike (not motorized)

Our Nadia had a ZEN birthday party on April 24th, we celebrated 6 days early.
I know this sounds crazy….. a sleep over with 10 girls was absolutely ZEN like.
All these pictures are in backwards order, I have been trying to change it since last night and can’t seem to do it.
Well the great families in Jinshitan have invited the families and friends to come celebrate with them this year. Time to run, eat, find some chocolates, visit and enjoy the sunshine.
